My name is Melissa. I live in California, and love anything classic, as well as trendy (Trends actually keep me from getting bored, really…) I love a good classic look, blended with a little trendy. It helps so not to “break the bank.” Oh, you’ll see a lot of classic looks here!

Animals (like my Maltese-mix Molly, and our beloved cats: Finn and Daisy. I really want some chickens, so eventually that will happen!)

Fashion… Oh, yes.. I hit all of it from Amazon to Nordstrom to good old classics in my closet!

Decor… I’m always enamored with fun items from Pottery Barn.. or Target.

Seasons and Holidays… I’m OBSESSED!

And… Planning! I love making lists! Is that wrong?

Anyway, if you find yourself a kindred spirit with me when it comes to any of these things… I’m happy you’re here! As I said, I enjoy classic and trendy, and California certainly falls into both of those categories, and attracts so many people… which is where I got the name - Congenial Cali.
